Slack messages for event type new-subscription-enhancement-errata are not always rendered correctly. In some cases, they use the commonSlackBlocks.json from beta as expected, but then for the body of the message, use the non-beta version of newSubscriptionEnhancementErrata.json, which results with invalid JSON. It's not clear why this happens.

Known:

• This only affects the new-subscription-enhancement-errata event type.
• This happens inconsistently, less than 50% of the time.
• It mostly occurs with messages including the gear emoji ⚙️. However, more than half of messages with ⚙️ work correctly.
