HBI performed an RDS operation in stage recently which caused the outbox connector to disconnect. While docs exist for for communicating changes to the Kessel team, teams can be unaware or forget to check them. We need a check or gate in app-interface that alerts or blocks RDS changes on databases with active debezium replication, or at minimum adds visible comments and links to the upgrade guide in the RDS configuration sections so engineers are reminded before making changes.
