Description:

Requesting feature to have the ability to require two or more users (that have org admin privileges) when assiging roles and/or giving another user admin privileges.

Currently only one user is required to modify another user's role or org admin status. This request is to have the option of making it necessary for two or more users to be involved when adding roles or assiging org admin privileges to a user.
