      Acceptance criteria:

      • The doc contains more details about pre-releasing checks (how we determine stage is healthy, IQE results, etc).
      • The doc contains details about post-releasing checks (Grafana, logs, alerts, manual testing).
      • References to Policies or the Notifications frontend are removed from the doc.
