Find env. variables which could be default now in order to deploy it ephemeral. 

this needs to review how are set in stage/prod - so we can ensure that it will not affect stage/prod

The team agreed that fixing the ephemeral deployment issue would aid in performance testing by allowing them to test with an organization that has a smaller, more production-like number of workspaces.
