When teams need code changes pushed out for the bonfire tekton tasks it is not clear how to get those updated. You need to:

• Make sure a new cicd-tools image builds
• Update the bonfire-tekton repo to use the new cicd-tools docker image
• Update your .tekton configs to use the latest version of the bonfire-tekton task
