Many of our automated tests are failing (stage and prod).

The issue appears as a RemoteDisconnected exception in the iqe python code. This issue appears to happen most often when sending an upload request. However, this is not only happening in the upload requests. Other requests are failing as well.

At this point, I do not know if the issue is on the test side (is it connection pooling??), akamai or 3scale.
