Version 1 of the report has two main issues:

• Some information such as risks is scattered across multiple report sections.
• The report shows too much information which doesn't help focus on critical information.

Acceptance criteria:

• A version 2 of the report is created.
• All information about risks is consolidated into a single report section.
• Only the critical information is visible by default in the report. Everything else is still available, but collapsed.
