There is an issue in stage-stable and stage-preview where navigating from a user access item (users, roles, groups) and then selecting My User Access will cause the page to freeze catastrophically. See attached image for console errors.

Recreation steps as described by Tweed:

1. Open my user access (user profile menu > My User Access)
2. Use the left nav to visit User Access > Overview
3. Visit User Access > Users
4. Try to click on 'My User Access', page is frozen.
