Currently, when a user clicks "manage preferences" at the bottom of an email notification, they are brought to the main notification preferences page (with Console - Sources as the default "subpage"). 

Ideally, we would want that page to populate with the correct service open. For example, if a user receives an email from Patch that they do not want, it is automatically opened to https://console.redhat.com/settings/notifications/user-preferences?bundle=rhel&app=patch.

I want to confirm which team owns this work and if it possible to do with our current setup.
