Description of Problem

Global tag filter is not applied when redirecting to Inventory system page.

When user applies global tag filter in Dashboard page and then uses one of 3 dashboard links to inventory - systems table is not filtered by global tag

Steps to Reproduce

1. in Dashboard apply Sap global tag filter - check ammount of hosts in first link "Systems registered with insights" - 56
2. click on link "Systems registered with insights"
3. Systems page should have same amount filtered hosts as it was displayed in Dashboard - 2726

Actual Behavior

difference in systems totals 2726 and 56

Expected Behavior

Same amount of systems 56
