Add Snyk scanning to https://github.com/RedHatInsights/frontend-asset-proxy repo. We can use one of our other repos as an example: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/chrome-service-backend (see PRs/merges run the snyk tool). Platform survival guide has more information about Snyk if necessary.
