The Manifest page in the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console is currently inaccessible.

When attempting to access the manifests section, the page fails to load and displays a temporary unavailability message.

This prevents users from viewing or managing subscription manifests.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a browser

1. Navigate to: https://console.redhat.com/subscriptions/manifests

1. Attempt to log in with valid credentials

Actual Result:
The page does not load and displays the following error message:

This page is temporarily unavailable

Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, contact your organization administrator or visit our status page for known outages.

Expected Result:
The Manifest page should load successfully and allow users to view and manage subscription manifests.
