AC:

• The service uses gorm for DB connections (so we need RDS configured). See https://github.com/RedHatInsights/widget-layout-backend/blob/master/pkg/config/config.go#L68-L96 for what the service expects for the variables
• Should be for ephemeral deployment
• Verify ability to deploy to ephemeral env via bonfire

Technical Details:

• Use PostgreSQL 16 (current stable version supported on AWS RDS)
• Use small Graviton instances
