Filtering on host tags reveals no hosts even though tag is not empty

      Description of Problem

      When a tag is selected for filtering there are no hots presented for the tag.

      How reproducible

      always

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Visit https://console.redhat.com/insights/inventory
      2. select a tag via insights-client - like a group

      Actual Behavior

      No hosts are returned for the tag, in this case a group via insights-client

      Expected Behavior

      Tags should filter appropriately across searches
