Coordinate running HBI database query indicators

      For the stage migration HBI needed to run a few queries to ensure the migration was de-risked against undesirable data such as missing groups on host records.

      HBI needs to run these again well before the scheduled the prod migration. Any undesired data should be cleaned up by HBI, if identified.
