      For the prod migration we need a couple of acknowledgments from outside of the core teams

      1. AppSRE - Their engagement will help expedite MRs to mitigate the read-only window for HBI and support any production application/db issues we may run into
      2. Eng. Prod (Chris Mitchell)- Chris' engagement will be useful for any Kafka issues and monitoring where our infrastructure lives
