[QE] Migrate pagination tests from IQE to Storybook

      The pagination tests present in the iqe-rbac-frontend-plugin are a prime candidate for being storybook component tests. This is to mark the effort of migrating them to Storybook in insights-rbac-ui and then removing them from iqe-rbac-frontend-plugin.
