Summary and goal
In RHCLOUD-42876, we integrated with the Kessel Inventory API v1beta2 in Notifications and enabled it in stage.
In this epic, we want to do the same thing in prod and replace all permission checks formerly performed with RBAC in notifications-backend with permission checks performed with the Kessel Inventory API.
Acceptance Criteria
All permissions from the Notifications and Integrations REST APIs are checked for all organizations with the Kessel Inventory API in production.
