This is an IQE task to remove the internal-frontend-plugin dependency from rbac-frontend-plugin as it was causing issues for other plugins. This also included the removal of the varmeth dependency from the migrated code, as well as replacing all taretto imports with widgetastic core imports in the rbac-frontend-plugin.
