While both of our SpiceDB forks (SpiceDB and SpiceDB operator) generally do not veer from the upstream code sources, there are differences between our fork and upstream that are required for deploying and building at Red Hat. The existing SpiceDB Sync doc already covers some of the changes we have made but we should explicitly cover every difference between our fork and upstream. This will make it easier to know what changes are expected during rebases and merges, why they exist, and ensure transfer of knowledge for others on the team and aid in future upstream syncs.

These changes should be captured in a README-redhat.md file in each fork and should be updated over time as new changes are made to better track them.
