      When an incident is declared, we should notify MCS Management for the following Products:

      • ROSA Classic
      • ROSA Hosted (Hypershift)
      • OSD AWS
      • OSD GCP
      • OSDv4 & OSD Trail

      Update the metadata tagging Slack handles and include @mcs-mgmt 

      Done Criteria: 

      Slack Reference from Channel #itn-2025-00315, should look like
