In the help panel, a user can create multiple top tabs and we have support for tab overflow with with the 'More >' item but, when clicked, the contents in that 'More' dropdown truncate so quickly that the user can only see a couple letters of the tab content. Additionally, these overflow items should be closable from the 'More' dropdown to make for easy tab management.
