As a developer of https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-frontend-builder-common I should see better script structure when building images

Technical details

Break down the https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-frontend-builder-common/blob/master/Dockerfile#L42-L57 into more logical pieces and focus on universal_build.sh no need to focus on server_config_gen.sh

Remove unused scripts in `src` folder, most probably remove entire src folder. Jenkinsfile can be removed as well same for pr_check.sh, build_deploy.sh and application.Dockerfile
