The following services should update to use Go 1.25.3 not that go-toolset has been updated:

• Inventory API
• Relations API
• Kessel Inventory Consumer

SpiceDB Operator upstream is still using Go 1.24 so we wil likely need to hold on updating our fork
SpiceDB itself upstream is using Go 1.25.3 so we can likely look to update but it may be a sensitive change – might make this is own card
