Acceptance criteria:

• Remove from the Notifications schema all permissions related to "integration" resources - we removed these permissions entirely from Notifications and only use workspace-level permissions now.
• Some workspace-level permissions are confusing and need to be clarified. For instance, INTEGRATIONS_CREATE (Java) is currently used while creating, editing and deleting integrations. We need to either rename it to INTEGRATIONS_WRITE or split it into INTEGRATIONS_CREATE and INTEGRATIONS_EDIT, INTEGRATIONS_DELETE. The former is probably better. To be confirmed in a team discussion.
