Config Manager currently uses Kessel access checks in Production. The upcoming migration will introduce temporary propagation lag for new access writes. To avoid customer impact, the team must temporarily return to RBAC-only checks.

Action Required:

• Flip the Kessel access-check flag to RBAC-only in Production before Friday

• Keep it disabled until migration completion is confirmed
