HBI has Kessel access checks enabled in Production. To prevent customer-facing impact during the pre-requisite RBAC migration, the team must temporarily disable Kessel access checks by flipping the feature flag back to RBAC-only.

Action Required:

• Flip the Kessel access-check flag to RBAC-only in Production before Friday

• Keep it off until the Access team confirms migration completion

• Confirm completion through this JIRA ticket
