Configuration will be set to distinguish which permissions to list are only for v1 or v2 UI per service(like inventory,...)

Introduce environment variable which will allow to set list of permissions, which not visible in v2 role/permissions endpoint.

for example

V1_ROLE_PERMISSION_BLOCK_LIST ="rbac:*:role_binding_view"

Acceptable Criteria

• Permissions from V1_ROLE_PERMISSION_BLOCK_LIST will not be listed.
