This task is related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-42885. In this task has been identified some key points to improve the CICD process:

1. Create a job that run on differents environment to ensure that is posible the release process to the next environment.
2. The job executes a set of test to verify the propertly execution of Clowder. It doesn´t mean it has to execute the same test that it perform on E2E tests.
3. The job create a set of ClowdEnv and ClowdApp
4. The job can use bonfire to deploy the application on ephemeral
