Overview:

As a user of HCC and the platform, I'd like to see consistent branding of Red Hat Lightspeed across all the platforms and notification emails, so that I dont get confused about product changes.  

Requirements:

Remove all mentions of "Red Hat Insights" or "Insights" from then notification emails sent by the HCC platform.  Referencing the Updated email template slidedeck, all slides with comments need to have their copy updated in production from "Red Hat Insights" to "Red Hat Lightspeed"
