Issue is that when orgs will be switched into v2, they will see v1 permissions in roles or rolebinding assignments.

Goal is of this is to investigate whether is possible to migrate all v1 permissions to v2 permissions like instead of inventory-group-read permission whether we can have rbac-workspace-view permissions.

In this case we should consider whether we will migrate per org.

We can also revisit if it is needed regard to how much work it will be.
