As a content creator, I want a button or toggle to switch between the form-based "Wizard" view and the new YAML-based "Creator" view so that I can easily choose my preferred authoring method.

This ticket involves adding the UI element (e.g., a toggle switch or button group) to the Add new learning resource page that will control which view is active. It should manage the application state to render either the existing form or the new preview component container.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A prominent and intuitive UI control (e.g., a toggle switch labeled "Form / YAML") is present on the "Add new learning resource" page.

• By default, the page loads in the "Wizard" (form) mode.

• Clicking the control switches the view to the "Creator" mode, hiding the form.

• Clicking the control again switches back to the "Wizard" mode.

• The state of the selected view is maintained consistently.
