• notifications-backend
• notifications-engine
• notifications-gw
• notifications-recipients-resolver

Acceptance criteria:

• Runbooks are actionable and offer a comprehensive overview of common "service down" root causes and corresponding solutions.
• The severity of all alerts is increased to Critical.
