• Connector pods are consuming too much memory and triggering Prometheus alerts.
• There's never any Kafka lag with most connectors.

We should lower the number of parallel threads that process notifications in all connectors, except the email connector.

Acceptance criteria:

• The NOTIFICATIONS_CONNECTOR_SEDA_CONCURRENT_CONSUMERS parameter is lowered from app-interface.
