When a product attached to an incident is deleted and then recreated with the same name, the incident retains a reference to the stale product with its UUID appended to the name. See this for more details on this behavior. 
 
In this ticket, implement a wrapper to the web-rca product name so that if a UID is present, it is replaced with DEPRECATED. The wrapper should be applied wherever a component renders a product name like in the productText function in text.js and in the Summary component.
