The Internal Inventory Consumer thats embedded in Inventory API has alert names that very similar to alerts defined for the Kessel Inventory consumer service. Since KIC is using alert templates that were designed for any consumer using our CDC/Outbox pattern, we should migrate the IIC to use the same templates. This will ensure these consumer based alerts are only defined once to simplify maintaining them, and the naming pattern will be service based to avoid naming confusion

This may require adjusting metrics names in Inventory API as they require a specific pattern. This may also require dashboard updates for new metrics values.

Done Criteria

• IIC leverages the consumer alerting templates for alert definitions (this includes debezium connector alert which should be removed from kafka-connect alerts)
• IIC metrics are properly scraped and captured in AppSRE monitoring stack
• IIC data is visible in existing Inventory API dashboard
• Changes are replicated to FedRAMP
