Steps to reproduce

Setup

• Be in an org with more than 100 service accounts (something like 250 is probably ideal)
• Be an org admin

UI steps
1. Navigate to IAM -> User Access -> Groups
2. Click Create group
3. Pick any valid values at all in steps 1 (name and description), 2 (roles), and 3 (Add members) and click Next to advance
4. In step 4 (Add service accounts), use the page-size dropdown to set pagination to "50 per page"; see that this control renders as "1 to 50 of many", and continues to qualify its denominator as "many" until you bump up against the end of the results
5. Now set the page-size dropdown to "100 per page"

Expected result

• Pagination size control renders as "1 to 100 of many", or "100 to 200 of many", or equivalent
• Pagination controls remain active as appropriate

Actual result

• Pagination size control renders as "1 to 100 of 100"
• Pagination controls become inactive
