We want to introduce continuous delivery for Export Service by leveraging the tooling provided by app-interface: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/blob/master/docs/app-sre/continuous-delivery-in-app-interface.md

Our CD process should include:

• gating on the IQE post-deployment test results from stage
• gating on Prometheus metrics to check the service health in stage before pushing to prod
• a way for developers to optionally prevent CD from being performed with a specific commit/release
• blue/green deployments (see app-interface doc)

This list is not exhaustive, additional requirements may be added.
