We need a more straightforward way for users to access aggregated metrics. There have been requests for better visibility into incident trends—such as counts by status, pending actions, and resolution times—to help monitor performance and improve processes. While some of these metrics are currently visualized in Grafana and Jira, gaps remain.

In this Epic we will attempt to close some of those gaps.
