All services should have a reasonable number of extra Kafka partitions available to allow increasing the number of consumers in case of Kafka bandwidth issue.

Acceptance criteria:

• Each Kafka topic that one of our services is consuming from is listed in a spreadsheet alongside the number of existing partitions and number of consumers we have.
• When the spreadsheet is complete, we discuss it as a team to determine which topics need extra partitions.
• Extra partitions that were identified as needed in the team discussion are created.
