Acceptance criteria:

• Services that will soon be deployed in multiple clusters need double the partitions size required to run in a single cluster.
• Generally speaking, all services should have a reasonable number of extra Kafka partitions available to allow increasing the number of consumers in case of Kafka bandwidth issue.
