Currently the HBI connectors are defined in the Insights Service Deployer repo. This is great for deploying to ephemeral, but we want to make sure those known working connector manifests are also deployable to Stage and Prod. These manifest should be moved to a final location where they will be deployable from App Interface, but can still be leverage from the script. We want to ensure there is only one place to modify the connector CRs

Done Criteria

• Connector CRs are moved to Kessel Kafka Connect repo
• The connectors should be deployable via their own template (no lumped into KKC deployment)
• The connectors should be deployable via insights service deployer script using raw github URLs
