Azure has changed how users create cost exports and the instructions in the wizard no longer align with the Azure Console. In both the customisation and standard report wizard flows the instructions for creating a daily export are incorrect and miss-leading.

I wonder whether this is a good case to rely on the Learn more links/documentation rather than updating specifics in the wizard. FWIW this is what we do on the `Resource group and storage account` step.
