At the moment, the "bulk check" calls in our HBI branch call check in a loop. This is expected to be an issue (see: Notifications.)

Note: the bulk check endpoint would need to be implemented all the way through, as it's not currently exposed in relations or inventory-api.

We may need this for UI if they hit WAF limits
