Start with Stringent SLOs

• Will avoid SPs to add any additional caching 

Add SLOs per endpoint level (all except streaming, stream endpoints will be a different story)

• They should be Request count based
• They must measure real traffic 
• Consider the impact of ballooning because of retries and other such configuration (one possible reason)
