If I click the search icon in the masthead, the search input expands to a width that makes it overlap the rightmost part of the All Services dropdown toggle.

A closer look seems to indicate that the overlap exists even when the search input is invisible: clicking the disclosure triangle in the dropdown toggle seems to have no effect when the console is freshly loaded. If I enter some search text and then collapse the search input, then clicking the disclosure triangle causes the suggested hits control to appear.
