      Summary and goal

      Add and announce a link to the help menu in the masthead, making it easy to access the Ask Red Hat chat experience from within console.redhat.com.

      Acceptance Criteria 

      1. An entry appears in the help menu in the Console masthead which opens a new browser tab on https://access.redhat.com/ask
      2. The menu entry is appropriately worded and styled to align with the Ask Red Hat brand
      3. A time-bounded Pendo announcement, tied to a goal of clicking the new menu entry and dismissed upon goal achievement, appears alongside the menu
