Web RCA should automatically populate the contributors field with users similar to what is included the AI summary

      In this Jira we want to:

      • Automatically record a list of people who participated in the incident
        • We can just use the contributors list generated by the AI summary
          • Maybe even have the AI summary update the contrib list every time its run?
