Upgrade to patternfly 6.2.1 (latest) for bug fixes

      A few of our tenants are mentioning issues with PF6 styling that go away with this latest version of PF6.

      "We are trying to update OCM to PF6 and we are seeing some issues with Dropdowns. It looks they are caused by the base css file and they are gone using 6.2.1"

       

      We should take a look at upgrading to the latest version. We'll at minimum need to upgrade the frontend-components repo and insights-chrome.
