After the latest Sinatra upgrade for the ApiCast test services, the service started returning "Host not permitted" errors to every request sent in stage. It seems like the "Host Authorization" setting is disabled in production, but for non-production environments we need to explicitly set that setting to "allow every host" so that we don't encounter problems in non-prod environments.
